We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns drive measurable results. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful launch and management of client websites, initiate and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and monitor SEO performance, lead generation, and Google Analytics data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Website Management: Oversee the setup and launch of new client websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and lead generation.
  • Google Ads & SEO Oversight: Manage and review client campaigns, ensuring Google Ads and SEO strategies align with business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze SEO rankings, Google Analytics insights, and lead generation performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Client Satisfaction & Growth: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with services, resolving concerns proactively, and identifying opportunities to upsell or upgrade service tiers.
  • Problem-Solving & Optimization: Identify issues affecting campaign performance and implement solutions to enhance ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Organized & Strategic Execution: Stay ahead of deadlines, manage multiple clients efficiently, and ensure all campaigns align with KPIs and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, account management, or client services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, lead generation, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
