This role will be an essential piece of the back of house operations for a roofing & general construction company. It will require providing exceptional customer service over the phone. Assisting salesmen with data entry and data organization. Assisting the office manager with uploading and organizing files & photos to the appropriate location. Organization of all Google Drive documents. Organization of multiple construction software. Provide minor tech support to contractors, laborers, and salespeople in the field. There will also be some additional communication and organization responsibilities that will be assigned by the owner.
Previous administrative assistant experience required. Google Drive and computer skills required. Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills required. Problem-solving and communication skills required. One hour off of the central standard time zone at most preferred. An upbeat, self-starting, organized individual is preferred!
