Full Job Description

Land Acquisitions Admin & Cold Caller — Remote, Full-TimeRedwood Construction is a Middle Tennessee land development and homebuilding company — we find land, buy or flip it, and build and sell homes. We're growing fast and looking for a sharp, driven admin who can also work the phones to help run our deal pipeline. You'll find and research land deals, keep our CRM sharp, cold call and qualify owners, book appointments, and help move deals to closing. There's a large career path here — and with commission and bonuses, some months you can make $4K+. If you're organized, great on the phone, and want to grow with a company that's scaling, we'd love to build something with you.

Job Responsibilities

• Find land deals on the maps — vacant lots, teardowns, development sites — and run the numbers
• Skip trace and re-skip trace lists; dig up new owner contact infoKeep the CRM clean, tagged, and up to date
• Cold call owners to verify them and qualify leads; book appointments
• Follow up with leads (including the "not interested" list) so nothing goes cold
• Move deals to the closing table — open title, track deadlines, coordinate dispo
• Support the build side — source subs/suppliers, get quotes, submit permits, track the schedule

Job Requirements

• Real estate experience (mainly); construction knowledge a plusVery fluent 
• English — Perfect  and natural on the phone
• Cold calling / appointment-setting experience
• Comfortable with CRMs, dialers, and skip-trace/research tools (or learns fast)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good with numbers
• Reliable, self-managing, and remote-ready (quiet space, solid internet, US Central-hours overlap)
