COLD CALLER - LAND ACQUISITION SPECIALIST EZ Land Holdings LLC

About Us: At EZ Land Holdings, we're passionate about American land and creating win-win solutions for property owners. As a growing land acquisition company, we're looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join our remote-first team.

Role Mission: As our Cold Caller, you'll be the first voice landowners hear from EZ Land Holdings, initiating conversations that could lead to meaningful partnerships. You'll play a crucial role in our mission of empowering landowners while contributing to land preservation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ daily outbound calls to land owners using our proven scripts, CRM, and dialer
• Build genuine connections with property owners and understand their unique situations
• Accurately document all interactions and property owner feedback in our CRM
• Pre-qualify potential sellers based on our established criteria
• Schedule follow-up calls with qualified prospects for our acquisition team

Required Skills & Experience:

• High level of English proficiency
• Previous cold calling experience preferred but not required - we value attitude over experience
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Comfortable making 100+ calls daily with a positive, resilient attitude
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn our CRM system (Follow Up Boss) and dialer
• Remote work experience preferred

Success Metrics (KPIs):

• Daily call volume: 100+ calls
• Contact rate: 15%+ of calls reached
• Appointment setting: 2-3 qualified appointments per day
• CRM documentation: 100% of calls logged accurately
• Lead conversion: Track record of converting cold calls to warm leads

Work Environment:

• Remote position with core hours 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Full-time position Monday-Friday
• Professional home office with reliable internet required
• Regular team meetings via Zoom
