    • Discussing requirements and expectations.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proposing a monthly salary.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Deciding when and how to make payments.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Training and Managing your new remote worker.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
