This depends on what you and your employer agree on.<\/span><\/p>\n

Many businesses in the U.S. and LATAM pay their employees every two weeks, though some pay once per month \u2013 so be sure to ask your employer about their payment schedule when you\u2019re getting started with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the beginning, we recommend you ask for weekly payments (splitting your monthly salary into 4 payments) to protect both you and your employer.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the job doesn\u2019t work out, weekly payments save you from doing a month\u2019s worth of work without getting paid and save your employer from paying for a month\u2019s worth of work if they aren\u2019t satisfied with the results.<\/span><\/p>\n
