Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Acquisition Manager to join our remote team. This role goes beyond support; you'll be the front line on the phones, actively engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, making offers, negotiating terms, and building meaningful connections with landowners. This role requires impeccable English, top-notch sales and customer service skills, and the ability to think quickly and critically in the trenches of a fast-paced sales environment. Working hours: approximately 11am – 8pm EST with a 1 hour break. (Work time will be monitored)

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage directly with lead prospects through calls, actively qualifying, offering, and negotiating with vacant landowners.

● Establish rapport and maintain connections with sellers to foster positive relationships and facilitate smooth acquisitions.

● Analyze market comps and property details to support negotiation strategies.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and maintain accurate, organized records.

● Screen inbound messages for potential leads and manage responses, following up proactively with qualified prospects.

● Conduct property research and due diligence, including contacting county departments for verification and documentation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

● Strong background in sales, customer service, or real estate acquisitions. 

● Proven phone skills with the ability to build personal connection, rapport, qualify leads, and close deals over the phone.

● Experience in real estate, land investment, or a related field is preferred.

● Energetic and positive personality

● Impeccable English proficiency, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.

● Self-motivated, driven, coachable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

● Hourly rate: $6.00 - $10.00 per hour (based on experience)

● Acquisition Bonus: $100-$200 per acquired property.

● Healthcare stipend: $80 per month. 

● Paid Time Off: Up to 10 paid holidays per year.
