Full Job Description

US Real estate wholesale company seeking an administrative and marketing assistant. Responsibilities include 

  • Build, organize, recycle and manage lists and campaigns for outbound prospecting
  • Data scraping
  • Manage SMS campaign (recycling, oversight, KPI tracking, reporting) 
  • Manage CRM (including funnels, campaigns, workflows, automation etc.)
  • Use GoHighLevel to create and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email and SMS sequences and track their performance
  • Use GoHighLevel to follow up with warm leads over time
  • Use GoHighLevel for reporting purposes
  • Use GoHighLevel for email marketing
  • Integrations between platforms(Zapier, etc)
  • Google PPC and Facebook ad management
  • Researching properties to determine after renovation and max allowable offer values
  • Marketing properties to prospective buyers through a variety of channels
  • General company-wide KPI tracking and more
  • Researching new marketing strategies and tactics to constantly improve our marketing efforts
  • Collaborate to develop and execute marketing plans 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales with a strong focus on SMS prospecting, cold calling and digital inbound marketing 
  • Skilled with technology, data organization and data analysis
  • Willingness to learn. Must be willing to research and work with our vendors’ customer service departments to independently create solutions to problems. 
  • Must work regular US business hours. 
  • Applicants with experience with REI Reply, GoHighLevel, Batchleads, Investorlift, Quickbooks, and Zapier preferred. 
  • Strong proficiency with Google suite necessary. 
  • English fluency required. English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

We run a small, efficient team so the applicant has to be comfortable with a wide variety of tasks and delegation to results. I expect you to be smarter than me. Your goal is to keep us organized and efficient while helping the owner maximize the percentage of his time spent on sales. 

We see our remote team members as an integral part of our company and act accordingly. Expect daily meetings and to be expected to learn, improve and grow through the position.
