Full Job Description

All Star Auto Body is hiring experienced Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representatives for All Star Auto Body, a collision repair company that helps customers after vehicle accidents. We assist clients with the insurance claim process, coordinate estimates and repairs, communicate important updates, and help make the experience as simple and stress-free as possible.

The representative will communicate with customers in English and Spanish, answer questions about collision repair and insurance claims, follow up with leads, collect customer and vehicle information, schedule appointments, and help convert inquiries into customers.

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally
• Assist customers who have been involved in vehicle accidents
• Explain our collision repair and insurance claim assistance services
• Collect claim, insurance, vehicle, and accident information
• Follow up with leads, existing customers, and insurance-related contacts
• Schedule estimates, vehicle drop-offs, and appointments
• Guide customers through the next steps of the claim and repair process
• Provide repair and claim status updates
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections
• Record accurate notes and updates in the company CRM
• Work closely with managers, estimators, and other team members
• Meet sales, follow-up, and customer service goals

Job Requirements

Academy Course Requirement

Applicants must complete and pass the All Star Academy Course before being hired.

• The Academy course is unpaid
• Applicants have 48 hours to complete the course and pass the test
• Applicants who pass the test will have a final interview with the manager
• Newly hired representatives will shadow their managers during their first two working days

Employees must keep their cameras on at all times while clocked in for teamwork and accountability. The Google Meet link will be provided through the company HQ Group.

Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong sales and customer service experience, and have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, camera, and headset.
