Full Job Description

Looking for a full charge bookkeeper to handle multiple "multi - unit" rental properties

We are currently searching for a bookkeeper that has the following qualifications - 

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in the field
• Strong grasp of natural account balances
• Knowledge and application of GAAP
• Ability to do accounting using various software applications and desire and ability to learn new ones
• Ability to balance accounts of all kinds. I.E. Checking, Credit Cards, Loan Accounts, Cash spending, and Owner distributions and contributions
• Ability to address complex transactions that require journal entries and class tracking
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of tax filing requirements in the United States
