Client Relationship Manager (Account Executive)

Full Job Description

As a residential and commercial business purpose lender, we focus on providing 12-month bridge loans and 30-year fixed lending solutions for real estate investors. In this role, you'll be the front line of our client interactions, receiving inbound calls and emails from potential clients, reaching out to leads, and managing client relationships. Your expertise will be crucial in building lasting partnerships, evaluating loan opportunities, and closing deals. We will provide you with a supportive team environment and the tools you need to succeed, allowing you to make a significant impact in the real estate financing world.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture inbound client inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Proactively reach out to leads and build strong client relationships.
• Evaluate loan opportunities and guide clients through the lending process.
• Close deals and contribute to the growth of the business.

Job Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or financial services.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of property valuation and underwriting principles.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
