Full Job Description

We’re a U.S.-based marketing agency working with clients in the medical and wellness space, and we’re hiring a remote, commission-only appointment setter.You’ll be calling warm leads — people who have already requested more information through our online ads — and your job is to schedule consultations and take deposits over the phone. No cold calling, no spam lists — just inbound leads that need fast, professional follow-up.You’ll use your smartphone with WhatsApp to handle all communication, calls, and payments. Leads must be contacted within 2 minutes of submission — this is tracked in our CRM and tied to performance.

This role requires:

A smartphone with WhatsApp (mandatory)

Stable internet connection and clear communication

Ability to call new leads within 2 minutes (tracked)

Comfort handling credit cards and processing deposits securely

Daily updates and communication with your team lead

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Fluent or native-level English (neutral or U.S.-style accent)

Located in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or nearby LATAM countries

Sales or appointment-setting experience

Experience handling credit card transactions is a plus

Reliable smartphone, internet, and WhatsApp access

Motivated by commission-based pay and performance
