Full Job Description

The Community Manager with Setter duties is responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content, interacting with the community, and fostering engagement. Additionally, this role plays a key part in identifying and following up with potential clients, ensuring they are passed on to the sales department for business closure. This position combines creativity, effective communication, and sales prospecting skills.


Job Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule engaging posts aligned with the brand strategy for social media, especially Instagram and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media quickly and professionally.
  • Identify potential clients among followers and contacts on social media.
  • Actively follow up with prospects and pass them on to the sales department.
  • Maintain an organized lead tracking system in the CRM, ensuring constant updates.
  • Present monthly performance reports, including key metrics related to engagement, conversion, and lead follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate content ideas and interaction strategies.
  • Use analytical tools to evaluate the performance of posts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Participate in developing organic and paid growth strategies on social media.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and digital sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure visual and communicative consistency.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Community Management (at least 2 years).
  • Social media management, especially Instagram and YouTube.
  • Experience using post scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proficiency in responding to messages and comments professionally.
  • Ability to identify and manage potential clients.
  • Knowledge of organic and paid growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Canva Pro).
  • Basic English proficiency (preferred).
