Full Job Description

-Respond to customer inquiries.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as document processing, data entry, report preparation, and other administrative duties assigned by supervisors.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and internal administrative matters.

- Collaborate with the team using online tools to ensure efficiency in a fully remote work environment.


Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with effective bilingual communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.- Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google).

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.

- Ability to adapt to a fully remote work environment with strong self

-discipline and time management skills.
