Full Job Description

King Movers & Storage is looking for a dedicated Remote Dispatcher to join our operations team. As the first point of contact for our moving crews each day, you will ensure jobs start on time, customers receive excellent communication, and crews are supported throughout their shifts. This role is critical in keeping our daily operations smooth, efficient, and aligned with our customer-first mission.

Job Responsibilities

🎯 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-Time Dispatch Rate: 95%+ of jobs start on schedule

Daily Report Accuracy: 100% compliance (submitted by 4:00 PM EST)

Customer Satisfaction: Maintain average score of 4.8+

Claims Ratio: Fewer than 1% of jobs result in claims

Mover Attendance/Punctuality: 98%+ daily compliance

Training Completion: 100% mover training participation weekly

Valuation/Upsell Tracking: Ensure every upsell/valuation is documented

🛠 Core Responsibilities

Assign crews and trucks daily based on job requirements & availability.

Confirm all bookings with customers the day prior to move.

Host morning huddles with crews at 7:00 AM daily.

Control clock-in/clock-out process via SmartMoving (movers must call dispatcher).

Monitor GPS routes for efficiency and compliance.

Handle mid-day changes (reschedules, cancellations, last-minute adjustments).

Provide real-time support to movers throughout the day.

Coordinate with the Mover Assistant for warehouse readiness & truck inspections.

Submit the Daily Operations Report by 4:00 PM to the Ops Manager.

Job Requirements

✅ Ideal Candidate

Previous dispatcher, logistics, or operations coordination experience preferred.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Comfortable managing crews remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. they should be a bilingual and can speak spanish and english
