Full Job DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Virtual Executive Assistant who can help our leadership team stay organized and move fast. You will work directly with the CEO, COO, and Dispositions Manager to handle their schedules, keep track of tasks, manage emails, and help with small projects.This role is perfect for someone who is organized, responsible, and can communicate clearly. You don’t need to be an expert — you just need to be sharp, dependable, and willing to learn.Your Responsibilities1. Executive SupportManage calendars and set up meetings for CEO and COOBook travel (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)Organize emails and respond to basic messagesTake notes during meetings and send action steps to the teamKeep private and sensitive information secure2. Admin / Data Entry / ReportsEnter data into CRM and Google SheetsKeep contact lists and client records updatedCreate simple reports (weekly/monthly numbers)Help track tasks and follow up with the team3.
