E-Commerce Sales Closer | Home Improvement | $100K/Month Commission Potential

We're looking for a closer. Not a VA. Not an admin. A closer.

The Trade Table (thetradetable.com) is a U.S. home improvement e-commerce company selling premium brands like ILVE, Capital, Victory, Sauna Life, MrCool, Kamado Joe, and 100+ others. Our average order is $1,500-$6,000. Our biggest is $17,000.

We have hot Google Ads leads coming in every week. Our gap is conversion. That's the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Take inbound calls from warm Google Ads leads

- Follow up relentlessly on every open lead until they buy or decline

- Process orders end-to-end (supplier to delivery)

- Cold outreach to brands and B2B prospects (20+ calls/day minimum)

- Hit weekly revenue targets with full ownership of the sales pipeline

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

- Base: $5/hr USD

- Commission: Sliding scale on Real Profit per order (5%-10%)

- Weekly performance bonuses

- Monthly revenue record bonuses

- 5-star review bonuses

REALISTIC EARNINGS AT SCALE

At our $100K/month target (15-20% gross margins), top performers earn $1,500-$2,500+/month in total compensation. The commission scales uncapped — bigger orders = bigger checks. One $6,000 order can pay $80-$100 in commission alone.

WHO YOU ARE

- 2+ years e-commerce or high-ticket sales experience (Shopify preferred)

- C1+ English (you'll be on the phone with U.S. customers all day)

- Confident closer who can build value, handle objections, and ask for the sale

- Quiet, professional home office with reliable internet

- Available 9 AM - 5 PM Central US Time, Monday-Friday

- Self-driven — no hand-holding

DEAL-BREAKERS

- No real sales experience (don't apply)

- Background noise on calls

- Only interested in admin/backend work

- Need constant supervision
