We're a U.S. based digital marketing company hiring an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage paid search for our portfolio of B2B and local service businesses — industrial, medical/healthcare, home services, and e-commerce.
This is a long-term, part-time contractor role. We're hiring in Latin America specifically for time zone alignment — you'll work U.S. Central Time hours with real-time overlap for Slack.
Compensation — read carefully, this is different:
Our budget is $100/week, paid weekly via PayPal. Your hourly rate and daily hours are based on your experience — stronger specialists work fewer hours at a higher rate. A senior specialist might do 1 focused hour/day at $20/hr; a mid-level might do 2 hours/day at $10/hr. Tell us your rate and we'll structure the hours around it. Strong performers earn expanded scope and more of our portfolio over time.

Our accounts are already built and producing revenue. We are NOT looking for someone to restructure, rebuild, or "overhaul" them. In your first 60 days, the job is to learn the historical performance, respect the keywords and campaigns that have generated revenue, and optimize within the existing structure. Pausing or changing converting keywords gets reviewed with me before execution during the ramp. If you need full autonomy from day one or your instinct is to rebuild accounts, this isn't the right fit.
A trial task IS required — it's how we see your actual skill before a contractor agreement. Non-negotiable.
