The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales—preferably in solar, real estate, financial services, or other high-value markets—and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves building relationships, conducting virtual consultations, and closing qualified leads on products and services ranging from $500 to $2000+.

Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, texts, and email follow-ups.
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and match them to the right offer.
Present and communicate product value propositions clearly and confidently.
Maintain a strong closing ratio and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Track leads and deals in CRM (training provided).
Collaborate with management and marketing teams for consistent messaging and feedback.
Participate in weekly performance check-ins and ongoing training sessions.
MUST SPEAK ADVANCED ENGLISH
Must have high speed internet
2+ years of sales experience (preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales).
Experience in real estate, investment, or finance is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to close deals over the phone or via video call.
