Role type: Remote contractor • Comp: $1,500/mo base + commissions​​

Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday.

About the Role

You’ll lead our intake and sales results, from the first inquiry to a signed agreement and the first payment. We track success as Net Retainers Booked (NRB) — that’s when a client signs and pays the initial case-processing amount. You’ll have a personal closing goal, keep our CRM software (Odoo) accurate, coach intake reps using call reviews, and send clear weekly and monthly updates.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Own the number: carry a personal closing quota; protect price integrity (no discounting to “buy” closes).
• Pipeline discipline: enforce Odoo hygiene (no stale leads; accurate stages/notes) and follow-ups within SLAs.
• Recorded-call coaching: review recorded sales/intake calls weekly; deliver feedback.
• Cross-team handoffs: ensure smooth transitions with attorneys, paralegals, and ops.
• Reporting cadence: deliver a concise weekly snapshot and a monthly roll-up
• Leadership rhythm: attend weekly leadership syncs; contribute to quarterly/annual planning with data-backed insights.

Job Requirements

Must-Haves

• Demonstrated experience in closing sales (proven track record of achieving revenue targets).
• Proficient in KPI/CRM, with disciplined adherence to processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• (Nice to have) Experience in immigration or bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English.

Compensation & Commission Framework

• Base: $1,500/month USD.
• Commission: You can earn commission for each new client you close. Commissions are paid only after the client’s initial case-processing payment is received, so credit is tied to actual collected revenue.
