Lead Caller & Virtual Assistant (South America – Remote)
About Us
We are a fast-growing Med Spa Marketing Agency that helps clinics bring in more prepaid, qualified patients. A big part of our success is calling leads quickly and booking them for our clients. We’re looking for someone reliable and motivated from South America to join our team and handle both lead calling and general administrative support.Responsibilities
Call every new lead within 2–5 minutes of receipt.
Follow call scripts to pre-qualify and schedule leads into our clients’ calendars.
Track and update lead outcomes (booked, voicemail, follow-up needed, etc.).
Handle light administrative tasks when not on calls (data entry, scheduling, research, reporting).
Assist with social media tasks (design simple posts in Canva, schedule, and publish).
Communicate with our internal team to keep client accounts organized and running smoothly.
Requirements
Based in South America (time zone alignment required).
Strong spoken English (Spanish a big plus).
Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and speaking confidently.
Reliable internet connection, quiet environment for calls.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and organized.
Bonus: Experience with Canva, social media management, or other VA tasks.
