Full Job Description

We're a rapidly expanding pay per lead, digital marketing agency looking to expand our sales team, so we're currently looking for motivated, quick-learning, and ambitious remote phone call closers who are ready to make up to $5K/MONTH signing up new clients for us.

As a closer at our company, you will work your own hours based on the amount of calls booked on your calendar. You will always have a packed out calendar with warm leads, never cold leads or cold calling. You will have a fixed, base pay, as well as large opportunity to earn bonuses with commissions as well!

We will provide you with all the necessary training for you to become a amazing at Closing, Demos, & Sales.

- Can invest at least 4 hours each day remote closing over the phone

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily inbound sales calls that are already booked on your calendar (no cold calling).

• Present the company’s offer clearly and professionally to U.S. clients.

• Close deals by getting new clients signed up during or after calls.

• Track and manage scheduled bookings, follow up with any no-shows.

• Update CRM records with call notes, outcomes, and client details.

• Collaborate with the sales team and attend weekly check-ins for performance review.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English (oral and written) — must be able to communicate naturally with U.S. clients.

• Proven experience in sales, closing, or customer-facing roles (phone sales preferred).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and updating client records.

• Highly organized: able to manage a busy calendar of booked calls.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.

• Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and proper headset for calls.
