As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for managing Facebook and Google ad campaigns, writing compelling ad copy, and optimizing funnels for maximum ROI. This role is ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and conversion-driven copywriting, ensuring every ad and landing page is crafted for success. The ad campaigns will be focused solely on lead generation, not eCommerce.
Paid Advertising (Facebook & Google Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and sales.
Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to improve targeting and performance.
Set up and manage A/B testing to optimize creatives, headlines, and ad copy for better conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to ensure campaign profitability.
Implement scaling strategies to maximize ad performance without increasing costs.
Copywriting & Conversion Optimization
Write high-converting ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that capture attention and drive action.
Develop landing page copy, advertorials, and email sequences to support paid traffic.
Optimize funnels, sales pages, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates.
Ensure ad creatives and copy align with consumer psychology and direct response marketing principles.
Campaign Management & Strategy
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that integrate paid ads, email marketing, and organic content.
Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROAS and profitability.
Stay up to date with algorithm changes, ad policies, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Work closely with designers, developers, and media buyers to create high-performing ad creatives.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ads and copywriting.
Proven track record of running profitable Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of direct response copywriting and persuasive messaging.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
Knowledge of landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Unbounce, etc.).
Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a performance-driven mindset.
