Full Job Description

Elite Liens LLC is a network of Legal and Medical professionals. This role requires you to be in contact with Law Offices, Medical Offices, and Individuals who are injured.  

Position: Scheduler 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Schedule Patients for their recommended treatment. (i.e. MRI Orders, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Treatment, Surgeries, Pre-Operation.)
• Offer Legal Professionals providers that their client can see who are in our network.
• Follow e-mail templates & mold them so they make sense to the matters you are working on.
• Update/input data into our Internal System, Salesforce, and keep management in communication.
• Meet with Company Management once/month to go over matters for the month.
• Outreach to Medical Offices and offer them to be part of our Network.
• Participate in Video conferences with the team.

Required Skills: 

To be successful in this role you need to be a clear communicator in writing, have a positive attitude, comfortable working with Medical Referrals, have good grammar, be familiar with Medical Terminology, and work efficiently.
