We’re looking for a reliable, confident Phone & Scheduling Virtual Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients.If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and following clear processes — this role is for you.WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORPhone & Lead Handling
Answer inbound calls and texts from new leads
Call new leads quickly and follow up consistently
Ask qualifying questions (not just give prices)
Book quote calls, in-home estimates, and cleanings
Move leads through our sales pipeline correctly
Scheduling
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
Keep schedules accurate in our system
Communicate changes clearly with clients
Ensure all required forms (TOS, payment info) are completed before booking
Client Communication
Respond to client questions via phone, SMS, and email
Follow scripts and SOPs exactly
Identify red flags and escalate when needed
Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
Admin & Reporting
Keep pipeline stages updated correctly
Submit a short End-of-Day report
Flag issues, no-shows, and stuck leads
Work closely with the operations team
