We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented Real Estate Wholesale Marketing Assistant to join our growing real estate investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, SMS marketing, lead management, campaign management and admin support. We are looking for a team member who is willing to research and figure out how to tackle projects, and is eager to take on new challenges.

The Real Estate Wholesale Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct cold call and SMS campaigns to find motivated sellers.
  • Conduct cold call and SMS campaigns to find motivated buyers.
  • Utilizing Batchleads to filter, download, tag, organize and skip trace lists, and manage our SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Using GoHighLevel to create and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email and SMS sequences, and track their performance.
  • Using GoHighLevel to follow up with warm leads over time.
  • Conducting cold calling campaigns using CallTools, reaching out to potential clients and prequalifying them based on a script.
  • Researching new marketing strategies and tactics to constantly improve our marketing efforts, and sharing your findings with the team.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and creating reports, tracking KPIs, and managing scorecards

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a strong focus on SMS marketing, automation, and phone sales.
  • Enjoys learning, researching, leveraging resources online and through customers support to come up with solutions.
  • Able to operate in
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot problems, and come up with creative solutions.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • A team player who is eager to collaborate with others and contribute to the success of the team.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to long-term career growth within the company.

This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 40-50 hours per week. The starting salary is based on experience, plus commission. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join a growing company and build a successful career in real estate marketing.
