As a Sales Disposition Closer, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into buyers, guiding them through property visits, overcoming objections, and driving deals to the closing table. This role requires excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. You will manage the entire buyer journey — from initial conversation to contract and closing — while collaborating with our Transaction Coordinator, Marketing Team, and Title Companies to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Profit Sharing Available once earned (typically 3 months)
• Have the ability to close Buyers (get under contract)
• Manage incoming leads from CRM, calls, and marketing funnels
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover buyer needs, motivation, and budget
• Schedule and confirm property visits; follow up afterward to guide decision-making
• Present properties as investment and lifestyle opportunities, highlighting equity and experience
• Address and overcome objections with empathy and professionalism
• Set clear next steps on every call, always driving toward contract and deposit
• Prepare agreements, coordinate with title companies, and hand off to the Transaction Coordinator post-contract
• Maintain accurate notes, buyer profiles, and status updates in the CRM
• Provide weekly sales reporting and track conversion metrics
• Proven track record in real estate sales (land sales preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (predominantly Google Drive/OneDrive, Google Sheets/Excel), and virtual communication tools
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
