Job Title: Real Estate Lead Tracking Specialist

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (Mountain Time)

Department: Office/Remote

Compensation: $6-$12/hour (Paid Biweekly)

Reports to: Sales Manager

Experience (Preferred or Required):

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Extensive real estate experience (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a bilingual communications role (preferred).
  • Proven and successful track record in sales (preferred).
  • More than 2 years of experience in telephone service or call centers (preferred).
  • Highly organized, ability to follow processes and excellent communication skills.
  • Technology-oriented and capable of learning quickly.
  • Self-motivation and dedication.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, including Word, Excel and Follow up Boss CRM.


Job Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Proactively contact and nurture leads through various channels (phone, email, text, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with potential sellers by understanding their unique needs and concerns.
  • Effectively address objections and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline accurately within the CRM system.
  • Identify and pursue qualified leads with a focus on closing deals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to maintain consistent engagement.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared sales goals.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the real estate team.
  • Professional Development: Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends and best practices.
  • Stay informed about market conditions and competitive landscapes.

  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities (landowners, investors, etc.)
  • Research and development skills to improve land acquisition and sales processes
  • Ability to use or quickly learn land-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies (e.g., land databases, mapping software)
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and planning skills 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves, and all-hands-on-deck mentality to cross-functional tasks and assignments
  • Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple land deals to successful completion 
  • Resourceful team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attendance record
