Real Estate Phone Sales Expert!!! Fun Environment!!!

Full Job Description

We are a growing real estate company in search of a new, permanent, amazing sales teammate. This candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish (little to no accent in spoken language) and have a history of sales production. We are looking for a sales associate that can produce leads and MOST IMPORTANT convert leads into actual sales! Experience in real estate and strong with CRM and Social Media (Facebook) is an added bonus but not required. We use Discord daily and are a work-hard play-hard environment where sales team members are compensated well and additional financial incentives are given to high-performing teammates. Our teammates love working for the Company and we have had zero teammates leave since we have started the company.

Must love being on the phone, working efficiently, solving problems, working as a team and being proficient in Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) along with other apps. Efficiency is the name of the game in our business.
