Eco Movers is a Seattle-based moving company powered by a high-performing, remote operations team in Latin America. We are a systems-driven organization that believes our strength lies in our people. We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to own our end-to-end recruiting pipeline and ensure every new hire has a seamless onboarding experience.

Job Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruiting & Screening

• Sourcing: Identify top talent for both field roles (Movers) and office roles (Admin/Sales) via job boards and outreach.
• Screening: Conduct structured calls to evaluate culture fit and technical requirements.
• Coordination: Deliver written screening summaries to hiring managers and schedule all interviews.
• Pipeline Management: Handle all candidate communication (updates, offers, and rejections) and provide weekly status reports.

2. Technical Onboarding

• Documentation: Issue offer letters, contracts, and pre-boarding kits.
• Account Provisioning: Set up new hires across our tech stack:
• Slack: Invites, channel assignments, and intro messages.
• Notion: Workspace access and database permissions.
• Google Workspace: Email creation and credential delivery.
• Logistics: Send "Day 1" welcome messages and track onboarding checklists to completion.

3. Offboarding

Coordinate final paperwork and revoke system access (Slack, Notion, Email) immediately upon departure to maintain security protocols.

Job Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in Recruiting or HR Coordination (Agency or In-house).

Language: Advanced English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory.

Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Notion and Slack is highly preferred; experience with account provisioning/IT onboarding is a plus.

Independence: A self-starter who thrives in an asynchronous, remote-first environment.

Timezone: Availability to overlap with US Business Hours (Pacific or Eastern).
