If you’ve closed U.S. land or wholesaling deals for 2+ years, know how to price acreage, handle objections we want you.What You’ll DoClose Sellers: Run discovery, build rapport, present offers, handle objections, and secure signed PSAs (DocuSign).Price & Offers: Review comps (sold/active/withdrawn) and align offer ranges to our buy box.Deal Saves: Re-negotiate price/terms after due diligence, rescue stalled files, manage extensions, keep sellers engaged.Contracts & Docs: Prepare/send agreements, Amendments, Assignments, addenda; confirm signatures and file hygiene.
