We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, focusing on engaging with landowners through text messaging to negotiate and close land acquisition deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage text message conversations with landowners across the United States, inquiring about their interest in selling their land.
  • Communicate professionally and persuasively via text, using your enthusiastic personality to build rapport and clearly explain the benefits of selling their property to our firm.
  • Demonstrate a sales-driven mindset by actively seeking opportunities to progress conversations toward closing deals.
  • Accurately track and report text conversation outcomes, leads, and progress, maintaining a focus on achieving results.
  • Manage follow-up text communications with potential sellers, showing persistence and enthusiasm in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition team to provide updates on potential deals, negotiate terms, and celebrate successes.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, especially when facing challenges or rejections, and stay motivated to turn every conversation into a potential deal.
  • Stay passionate about learning and improving texting techniques, contributing to your personal growth and the success of the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role involving direct communication with clients or customers, preferably via text or chat.
  • Strong written communication skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic tone.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and foster trust through positive and energetic interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a commission-oriented, sales-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, staying focused on closing deals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Experience in real estate or land acquisition is a plus but not required.
