Sales/Customer Service Representative

Playground Street, a high-ticket e-commerce company, is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Sales/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of proven experience in sales and customer service, exceptional spoken and written English, and the ability to work with Shopify and a CRM for lead management.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and sales with professionalism and precision.
• Call playground equipment leads to gather details about their requirements and preferences.
• Provide leads and customers with quotes and invoicing for playground equipment.
• Contact local installers to coordinate playground equipment installation.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding equipment delivery timelines.
• Follow up with past sales to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Manage leads and database updates in the CRM.
• Perform data entry and invoicing tasks during downtime.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Shopify and CRM platforms.
• Immaculate English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to work with numbers.
