Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging with potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and contributing to the development of the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest in the company's products or services.

Script Adherence:

Follow prepared call scripts to convey consistent messaging.Lead Qualification:

Assess leads to determine their interest level and suitability for the product or service.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule meetings or demonstrations between qualified leads and sales executives.

Email Outreach:

Craft and send personalized emails to potential leads as part of the outreach strategy.

Information Gathering:

Collect and record information from calls, including lead responses and preferences.

CRM Management:

Accurately record all interactions with leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Follow-Up Communications:

Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Sales Pipeline Contribution:

Actively contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying and moving leads through different stages.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on personal sales metrics and goals.

Meeting Targets:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly volume targets.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure high-quality communication and adherence to company standards during calls.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs relevant to the product or service.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and share insights.

Handling Objections:

Effectively address and overcome potential objections from leads during calls or in emails.

Continuous Learning:

Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Feedback and Improvement:

Provide feedback on the outbound process and implement suggestions for improvement.

Compliance with Policies:

Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
