Full Job Description

As a Sales Development Rep at our white-label video editing agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. You will be instrumental in initiating connections, nurturing relationships, qualifying leads and setting appointments, with the opportunity to evolve into an inbound sales closer. This is a salary base + commission role.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive outreach to a diverse range of leads, aiming to establish meaningful connections and generate interest in our video editing services.
  • Perform qualification calls with leads to gather information, make sure they are a good fit, and schedule the demo call.
  • Confirm appointments with scheduled calls.
  • Utilize multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Cold Email, and Instagram, as well as our CRM, to identify and engage with inbound leads.
  • Execute outbound lead generation strategies
  • Harness inbound leads to create a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Reach out to a minimum of 100 leads daily while also maintaining effective follow-up with existing leads.
  • Collaborate with provided CRM, messaging scripts, and tracking sheets to streamline lead management and communication.
  • Leverage provided training materials, including video walkthroughs and scripts, to familiarize yourself with our offerings and best practices.
  • Make use of your own Facebook profile for engagement purposes, while also utilizing provided LinkedIn profiles and cold email software logins.

Expectations:

  • Dedicate a minimum of 8 hours daily to online activities, engaging with leads and prospects through platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Work from 9am-6pm CDT (with 1 hour lunch)
  • Maintain a high level of activity by reaching out to at least 100 leads each day to maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Follow up with inbound leads within 5 minutes
  • Leverage your personal Facebook profile as a tool for connection and engagement, showcasing the human aspect of our agency.
  • Consistently meet or exceed the goal of booking a minimum of 3 calls per day to further discussions and explore collaboration possibilities.
  • Attend and actively contribute to weekly team calls, providing valuable insights and updates on your lead generation progress.
  • Benefit from a base salary + performance-based incentive structure
