The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Instead of chasing cold leads, you’ll be reaching out to our existing customers whose service agreements have ended. Your job is to have a friendly conversation, remind them about their upcoming renewal, and set an appointment with our Account Executive (AE). When those meetings turn into signed contracts, you earn commission on top of your base pay.
What You’ll Do
Call existing customers from our lead list.
Be friendly, professional, and helpful in every conversation.
Set qualified appointments for our Account Executive.
Log quick notes in our CRM (training provided).
Use our leads, dialer, email, and tools — we set you up to win.

What We’re Looking For
Sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience (preferred).
Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
Able to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST).
Motivated, consistent, and coachable.
Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
Call existing StackWise customers whose service agreements have ended.
Have friendly, professional conversations to explain renewal options.
Book qualified appointments for our Account Executive (AE) team.
Record accurate notes, outcomes, and updates in our CRM.
Follow call scripts and objection-handling guidelines (training provided).
Maintain daily activity goals to ensure consistent outreach.
Use company-provided tools: dialer, CRM, email, messenger, and lead lists.
Collaborate with the AE team to ensure smooth appointment handoff.
Represent StackWise with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when updating CRM notes.
Self-motivated, consistent, and coachable with a strong work ethic.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099).
