Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing and closing inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Handle inbound leads from paid advertisements and convert them into customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Quota: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and timely deal closures.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, addressing questions and concerns to instill confidence in SimpliVinyl’s products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
  • CRM Management: Use the company’s CRM to track leads, manage follow-ups, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment with inbound lead management.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesmate).
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of the flooring or construction industry is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. On Target Earnings for this position is $2000/Mo. ($600 base salary + uncapped commission)
