King Movers & Storage is looking for a badass, process-driven, and KPI-obsessed Sales Manager to lead, train, and optimize our remote sales team. If you live and breathe numbers, get mad when processes aren’t followed, and love holding sales teams accountable, this role is for you!

Compensation & Performance-Based Earnings Structure

  • Base Salary: $1,500 – $2,500/month (based on experience & skill level)
  • Commission: 1% of total revenue booked by your team
  • Quarterly Bonus: $500+ when:
  • Booking rate increases by 5%+ from baseline
  • Team meets or exceeds monthly revenue goals consistently
  • Expected Monthly Earnings Potential: $4,000 – $6,000+ when KPIs are met
  • Work Environment & Schedule
  • Full-time, remote position (40 hours+ /week)
  • Must be available during US business hours (Eastern or Central preferred)

Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Performance Optimization
  • Increase booking conversion rate to 50–60% by enforcing process-driven sales strategies.
  • Manage and coach a remote team of moving consultants to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Hold the team accountable for daily sales goals, CRM usage, and lead follow-ups.
  • Run daily huddles and weekly performance reviews to ensure momentum and accountability.
  • Enforce strict process adherence—no deviations from sales scripts, follow-up sequences, or pricing guidelines.
  • Identify and remove underperformers while nurturing top sales talent.
  • Call & Deal Oversight
  • Monitor live calls and review recordings to assess performance and correct sales mistakes in real time.
  • Ensure fast, effective lead response times—zero lead leakage tolerated.
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring a structured approach to closing deals.
  • Develop and enforce objection-handling techniques to improve close rates.
  • KPI Management & Performance Tracking
  • Own and track all sales metrics, including booking percentage, call-to-booking ratio, and revenue per booking.
  • Analyze booking trends and revenue impact, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Optimize team scheduling and sales workflows for peak performance.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting wins, gaps, and strategies for improvement.
  • Process Control & Standardization
  • Develop and refine sales scripts and closing techniques to maximize conversion rates.
  • Create and enforce structured sales training and coaching programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with CRM (SmartMoving)—every lead is tracked, followed up, and closed systematically.
  • Continuously improve sales playbooks and SOPs to streamline the booking process.
  • Strategy & Growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company revenue goals.
  • Test and implement new sales techniques to increase efficiency and conversion.
  • Optimize pricing structures and upselling strategies to maximize revenue per move.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
