King Movers & Storage is looking for a badass, process-driven, and KPI-obsessed Sales Manager to lead, train, and optimize our remote sales team. If you live and breathe numbers, get mad when processes aren’t followed, and love holding sales teams accountable, this role is for you!
🔹 Who This Role is For:
✅ Base Salary: $2,000 – $2,500/month (based on experience & skill level)
✅ Commission: 1% of total revenue booked by your team
✅ Quarterly Bonus: $500+ when:
✅ Increase booking conversion rate to 50-60% by enforcing process-driven sales strategies.
✅ Manage and coach a remote team of moving consultants to consistently exceed sales targets.
✅ Hold the team accountable for daily sales goals, CRM usage, and lead follow-ups.
✅ Run daily huddles & weekly performance reviews to ensure momentum and accountability.
✅ Enforce strict process adherence—no deviations from sales scripts, follow-up sequences, or pricing guidelines.
✅ Identify and remove underperformers while nurturing top sales talent.
📌 Monitor live calls and review recordings to assess performance and correct sales mistakes in real time.
📌 Ensure fast, effective lead response times—zero lead leakage tolerated.
📌 Oversee all inbound & outbound sales efforts, ensuring a structured approach to closing deals.
📌 Develop & enforce objection-handling techniques to improve close rates.
📊 Own & track all sales metrics, including booking percentage, call-to-booking ratio, and revenue per booking.
📊 Analyze booking trends and revenue impact, making data-driven recommendations.
📊 Optimize team scheduling and sales workflows for peak performance.
📊 Provide weekly & monthly sales reports, highlighting wins, gaps, and strategies for improvement.
🔹 Develop and refine sales scripts & closing techniques to maximize conversion rates.
🔹 Create and enforce structured sales training & coaching programs.
🔹 Ensure full compliance with CRM (SmartMoving)—every lead is tracked, followed up, and closed systematically.
🔹 Continuously improve sales playbooks & SOPs to streamline the booking process.
