Full Job Description

Elite Liens LLC is a network of Legal and Medical professionals. You will primarily be in contact with Law Offices, Medical Offices, and Individuals who are injured.  

Position: Lead Scheduler 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Schedule Patients for their recommended treatment. (i.e. MRI Orders, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Treatment, Surgeries, Pre-Operation.)
• Offer Legal Professionals providers that their client can see who are in our network.
• Update our Internal System, Salesforce, on the status of the Referral. This is from Inception (Enter data), to closing (send closing email).
• Meet with Company Management once/month to go over referrals for the month.
• Outreach to Medical Offices and offer them to be part of our Network.

Required Skills: 

To be successful in this role you need to be a strong communicator, have a positive attitude, comfortable working with Medical Referrals, be familiar with Medical Terminology, and work efficiently.
