ClarityForge Studios is a small US-based media studio that produces podcasts, LinkedIn content, and editorial work for energy sector leaders, policy experts, and mission-driven organizations.
We are looking for a sharp, organized, English-fluent Social Media Manager to take ownership of social content production and community engagement across our client portfolio. You will not be designing the strategy — you will be running it. We have built detailed operating plans and content systems. Your job is to execute them with care.
This is a long-term contractor role. Our existing production contractor started at 10 hours per week and grew into a 30-hour-per-week position. We are looking for the same kind of growth here.
The center of the work is LinkedIn, with secondary distribution on YouTube, X, Substack, Instagram, Threads, and Bluesky. The 2026 LinkedIn algorithm rewards depth over volume. One thoughtful post that sparks real conversation outperforms five generic posts. Everything you do will be aimed at quality over quantity, working inside a documented operating plan.
Content Planning and Production (40%)
- Maintain weekly content calendars across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, and Substack
- Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, articles, transcripts) into platform-ready posts, threads, and short clips
- Write LinkedIn post copy in each client's voice using our master prompt library and AI tools, then refine until it sounds native
- Build short vertical clips with accurate captions and strong hooks
- Design simple graphics in Canva using brand templates
- Apply our editorial filters to every piece of copy before publishing
Scheduling and Publishing (15%)
- Schedule posts through Buffer across all client accounts
- Stagger times and vary hooks per our scheduling rules
- Coordinate cross-client publishing
Community Engagement and Multi-Account Management (30%)
- Manage the Golden Hour (first 60-90 minutes after each post) using Buffer's Community tab
- Reply to incoming comments in the client's voice, referencing specific points to start real conversations
- Run cross-account engagement through an anti-detect browser (GoLogin or AdsPower, provided by us)
- Vary timing to keep engagement organic
- Monitor inbound comments, DMs, and mentions
- Engage with target audiences through substantive comments on industry posts
Tracking and Reporting (15%)
- Update ClickUp with post status, assets, and due dates
- Track metrics that matter: comment depth, saves, post lifespan, target-title engagement
- Produce weekly summaries with what worked and what to test next
Required:
- Native or near-native English writing. You will be writing copy that goes out under our clients' names. We will test this in the application.
- Strong copywriting instincts: short hooks, clean sentences, no filler, no clichés
- 2+ years experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to draft and iterate on copy. You should know how to write a clear prompt and edit AI output until it sounds human
- Experience scheduling and managing multiple social accounts through Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, Threads, and Substack
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Descript)
- Canva proficiency
- Reliable internet, quiet work setup, clear weekly availability with overlap to Americas time zones
Nice to have:
- Prior experience managing a small ecosystem of related accounts (founder profile + company page + collaborators)
- Experience with anti-detect browsers (GoLogin, AdsPower, Multilogin)
- Interest in energy policy, science, or B2B media
- ClickUp experience
What we provide:
- Documented operating plan and editorial filters
- Master prompt libraries for AI-assisted copy in each client's voice
- Brand templates and visual assets in Canva
- Buffer and anti-detect browser tools, set up and paid by us
- Training, weekly check-ins, and detailed feedback
