Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and YouTube/Google Ads.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Develop custom audiences, retargeting funnels, and lookalike campaigns to maximize performance.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce ad assets that convert.
Create weekly/monthly performance reports, presenting results in a clear, digestible format with insights and recommendations.
Calculate ROI and other key advertising metrics to guide budget allocation and strategy.
Maintain tracking systems including pixels, conversion events, and analytics integrations.
Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Proven success in managing campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of advertising metrics: CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and others.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and YouTube Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Ability to write ad copy and guide creative strategy based on performance data.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — results and experience matter most.
