Title: Social Media & Newsletter Assistant (Remote, Part-Time – Health & Wellness)

Description:

I am looking for a creative, organized, and cheerful person to support social media and newsletter management for a functional nutrition clinic in the United States that is relocating and relaunching as Katallage Wellness Clinic (Massachusetts).

This is a fully remote, part-time role with short weekly meetings and clear social media postings and updates to tasks.

Responsibilities:

Post twice per week on Instagram and Facebook

Post twice per month on LinkedIn

Organize a posting calendar in Buffer

Attend a 30-minute weekly meeting (in English via Zoom

Create two monthly newsletters (Mailchimp)

Migrate the Mailchimp database to the new clinic

Research and update Google My Business status (close the Houston location)

Update Website- Squarespace with changes

Requirements:

Professional written and spoken English

Experience with social platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn)

Proficiency with Buffer or similar tools

Experience with Mailchimp

Basic Canva skills (preferred)

Proactive, responsible, and collaborative attitude

Schedule: 5–8 hours per week (flexible)

Term: October to December 2025, with possible extension to support new location

Weekly meeting: 30 minutes (U.S. Eastern Time)

Compensation:USD $5–$7 per hour (depending on experience and English level)
