Full Job Description

Our growing insurance agency is based out of Los Angeles, California and looking for a full time Spanish Speaker Telemarketer to assist with our agents. At e360 Insurance, we specialize in Property & Casualty Insurance and focus on Workers Comp, Trucking Insurance, Business Owners Insurance, Commercial Property, and more!

As a Spanish Speaker Telemarketer, you will use your strong communication skills to conduct in cold calling, assisting our agents with gathering leads.

-         Hourly + Commission

-         8-hour shift preferred

-         Monday – Friday

-         On the job training 

Job Responsibilities

-         Gathering Prospect’s Info for a quote

-         Understanding of Commercial Insurance

-         Strong ability to conduct cold calls

-         Communication skills

-         Assist with the Trucking Department

-         Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills 

Job Requirements

-         Positive attitude

-         Good customer service skills / prior experience

-         2+ years’ experience with Insurance

-         Experience and confident in cold calling

-         English is a plus
