Responsibilities
As a VA, you will:

Enter technician details into our systems (WorkMarket, FieldNation, spreadsheets).
Maintain the technician roster (skills, regions, documents).
Monitor job postings daily and flag available jobs to Project Managers.
Track technician compliance (job completion, proof of work submitted).
Assist in preparing weekly technician activity reports.
Communicate with technicians during onboarding
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and data entry skills.
Ability to follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Prior experience as a VA or in recruitment/admin tasks (preferred).
Stable internet connection and reliable computer.
