Role Overview

The Payment Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day payment operations, including processing deposits and withdrawals, monitoring transaction flows, and ensuring players enjoy a smooth and secure payment experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external payment provider.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review customer deposits, withdrawals, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor pending and failed transactions, resolving issues in coordination with payment service providers. 
  • Support customers and the Customer Service team with payment-related inquiries.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of payment transactions against PSP reports.
  • Assist with the testing and integration of new payment methods.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in payments, banking, finance, or customer support (iGaming experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of online payment methods (cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, crypto is a plus).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication skills in English 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payment system tools.
