Full Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition (Sales) specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible with calling and qualifying leads who have expressed interest in selling their properties. Your main goal would be to build relationships with potential sellers, identifying their motivation, and negotiating a purchase contract for their property that's mutually beneficial to both parties. This position plays a critical role in the success of our sales pipeline by generating and nurturing opportunities.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to leads via phone who have shown interest in selling their property.
  • Qualify Leads: Ask questions to understand the seller’s motivation, property details, and timing for sale.
  • Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with leads, providing timely responses to inquiries and keeping them engaged.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for further discussion and eventually put qualified leads under contract / purchase agreement.
  • Database Management: Update and manage lead information in CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely records of all interactions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly contact and conversion goals.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to potential sellers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.


Job Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer service/sales role is highly preferred. Experience in real estate sales is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Sales-Oriented: Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to assess a lead’s needs and match them with suitable solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Real Estate Interest: Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn about the property market.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic and driven sales team.
  • Integrity: Must be capable working under minimal supervision.
