What we’re looking for:

We need an Ad Creative Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.


As an Ad Creative Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the creation of visually compelling content, including videos and static images, across various platforms and marketing campaigns. You're not just about making things look good; you're focused on driving conversions. You understand the importance of data and KPIs, using them to enhance creatives and deliver measurable results. We're seeking top-tier candidates who can marry strong aesthetics with a results-driven mindset to elevate our advertising efforts to new heights.


Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:


  • Visual Content Creation: Lead the development of visually compelling content, encompassing videos and static images, for diverse platforms and marketing initiatives.
  • Conversion-Driven Approach: Drive the creation of visuals that not only captivate but also convert, leveraging data and KPIs to optimize performance and enhance results.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data insights and key performance indicators to continuously refine and enhance creatives, ensuring maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual messaging across various platforms and marketing campaigns, maintaining brand identity and maximizing audience engagement.
  • Collaborative Enhancement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, iterating on creatives to achieve optimal results and drive campaign success.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of assistant creatives, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills and produce high-quality work. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all ad creative meets quality standards and brand guidelines. Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure that creative assets are both visually appealing and effective in driving results.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in creating visually compelling content for marketing campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both video and static image creation.
  • Proficiency in creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other relevant tools for content creation and editing.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive conversions through visual content, with a keen understanding of how to use data and KPIs to optimize creatives for maximum impact.
  • Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense, coupled with the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to gather insights, provide feedback, and iterate on creatives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful ad creative campaigns and measurable results.
  • Leadership or management experience is a plus.
  • High level of English proficiency

Knowing the fundamentals of copywriting, video ads, funnels, automation, and communication will significantly help you excel in this role.
