Full Job Description

We are a rapidly growing mediatech company seeking a highly motivated Advertising Sales Expert to join our team. You'll be responsible for selling ads on our cutting-edge digital indoor billboards, strategically placed in high-traffic locations such as supermarkets, hotels, and even jail lobbies. With new inventory added weekly and monthly market launches, you'll have endless growth potential! Our diverse client base includes lawyers, real estate agents, insurance agents, bail bondsmen, and various other service providers. Deals are typically closed via phone, with terms ranging from 6 to 12 months, ensuring a stable income stream.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage both inbound leads provided by our marketing team and actively pursue outbound leads through cold calling small businesses near our billboard locations.

- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to target the most promising prospects and maximize your success.

- Your effectiveness in this role hinges on genuine engagement with potential clients, involving meaningful conversations and insightful questioning rather than relying solely on a script.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in advertising sales or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive while working independently and remotely.

- Strong aptitude for closing deals.

- Self-motivated with a keen focus on achieving results.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary and commission structure. Compensation is determined by the length and value of campaigns closed, with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually by securing an average of 4 to 5 campaigns per week.
