Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle marketplace operations including managing flat files, merchandising (strike-through price, coupons), and maintaining listing quality.
• Manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Assist with back-office tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Amazon.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proactive in problem-solving and task management.
